How much is delivery?Delivery fees start at $3.99 for orders per restaurant. $3.99 is for in-zone area (additional fee will be added for out-of-zone based on restaurant delivery locations). A $3.00 gratuity is standard for orders under $20 in food cost. A 15%- 20% gratuity for your driver is suggested on all orders over $20. If out-of-zone please call office at 317-815-8900 to make special arrangements to make delivery available in your area.
What about tips?
The self-employed catering and delivery professionals use their own vehicles and gas. They work hard to assure that your meal is delivered to you promptly professionally. As with all food service wait staff, they rely on tips as their major source of income. Unlike restaurant wait staff, the self-employed catering and delivery professional does not serve multiple tables. They dedicate themselves exclusively to your order. The entire delivery process for them from start to finish can take up to one hour.
A 15-20% gratuity is suggested on all orders. The self-employed catering and delivery professionals sincerely appreciate your generous consideration.
When should I order?
Orders must be placed at least 1 hour before desired delivery time.
How many restaurants can I order from at one time?
You may order from as many restaurants as you wish, however, a separate delivery fee will be added for each restaurant ($5.99 for the next restaurant pick up). Please keep in mind that orders from more than one restaurant may arrive at different times from separate drivers.
